Arriving to a random room assignment with no clarity on our reservation is disappointing!!! Guests should expect accurate listings regarding pool access and other facilities!!! It was annoying to find out about restaurant closures without notice!!!

i got reasonably spacious room with climate control, a personal safe, and a refrigerator. the location was amazing, close to cafes and restaurants. i had coffee at destiny cafe & restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take.
Thoughtful details like filtered water and complimentary surfboards enhance the experience! A nature path to the beach makes for an exotic stroll, while friendly staff adds to the cute atmosphere.
Limited hours at the pool area were a bit restrictive, and I wished I had known about the complimentary breakfast earlier to fully enjoy it. Minor details, but worth mentioning!

Staying in the Caravan was a treat! The room was super comfy and clean, really was like home. The outdoor shower was a huge highlight-so refreshing! I loved the jungle vibe around and hearing monkeys made it all the more fun. The breakfast options were healthy and filled me up nicely. It'd have been nice to know about the free breakfast earlier-missed out on that! A great experience though.
